Thanks to a $54,000 grant awarded from Erie County, and 18 months of hard work and public outreach, the Town of Aurora has developed a new General Comprehensive Plan that was officially adopted in March of 2025. The plan includes sustainability elements and a Climate Vulnerability Assessment to steer our town into the future. Such a plan is vital for preserving all that is special from the town's past while also responsibly planning for present and future challenges.
